Consistent contradiction

edit

A tag has been placed on Consistent contradiction, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the page appears to have no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the page's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself.

If the page you created was a test, please use the sandbox for any other experiments you would like to do. Feel free to leave a message on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Silly rabbit 01:35, 28 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Ok, well place a tag {{hangon}} on the page and try to bring some sense to it. Otherwise, it will be deleted as patent nonsense. (Perhaps a subtle irony for someone espousing Discordian philosophy on my talk page.) Cheers, Silly rabbit 01:44, 28 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Moving pages

edit

Please do not overwrite existing articles with new ones, as you did on 1/0. If you wish to move an article to a new name, please see WP:MOVE for instructions; copy and pasting pages breaks the history of the articles and the terms of the copyright under which all edits are released. Thanks, - auburnpilot talk 01:57, 28 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Ok, I understand now why because we should not break up the history or mess with the copyright. Thank you sir for telling me

No problem. I noticed your recent edit, and unfortunately two articles cannot go within the same name. You might wish to create your article under the name 1/0 (theory), 1/0 (mathematics), or something along those lines. Placing a word after the title is common practice when an article name could apply to multiple subjects. See Georgia (country) and Georgia (U.S. state) for example. - auburnpilot talk 02:24, 28 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Unblocked

edit

To whoever wants to address this, the block was due to the obviously silly edits and silly page Consistent contradiction. I deemed the behavior to be intentional trolling and disruption but anyone is free to overrule. —Wknight94 (talk) 02:57, 28 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

 Y

Your request to be unblocked has been granted for the following reason(s):

I've been convinced to assume good faith. Please tread lightly and read some of the intro links at the top here.

If you have an issue, you should take it up on the talk page, although I must warn you that your view will probably not enjoy popular support--Cronholm144 20:54, 29 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Ok, I read your essay to Silly Rabbit. If you are really trying to get along here it is best not to edit things that are very close to your heart. Further, any articles you add are subject to WP:NPOV, WP:VER, and WP:OR. If you read up on these I think you will understand better how things here work. Also be sure to sign you comments like this ~~~~ Cronholm144 21:11, 29 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

You need to stop edit warring see WP:3RR be warned that you will be summarily reverted and blocked if you persist.--Cronholm144 21:40, 29 June 2007 (UTC)Reply
