Request reason:

I work on the Digital Marketing team at Capitol CMG (a record label). Employer: Universal Music Group. Client: Capitol CMG and our recording artists. Affiliation: Employed by temp agency, PRO Unlimited. Compensation: Money. I noticed that many of our artists have outdated and incorrect information and photos on their articles. I now understand that the account was blocked because of an invalid username. All the edits I have made thus far are non-promotional and are strictly facts that are also cited. If unblocked, I intend to keep our artists' personal and career information updated. Please, let me know if you need any additional information.

Your choice of new username would be acceptable. You were not blocked just for your username; that is only one small aspect of it.
