Customer Service edit

Hi. Some great work on the customer service article, well done. But rather than save changes after every edit, it's better to use the preview function and make all changes at once. This makes it easier for other wikipedians to trace changes which have been made. Oh and welcome to Wikipedia! Forbsey 17:18, 12 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Thanks Forbsey, will do.

No problem. You clearly have a good knowledge of the subject, exactly what the article needed. Keep up the good work! Forbsey 17:28, 12 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Adopt an article edit

Hi, Great idea to start an "Adopt an article" at the BIZE project. You might also take a look at Wikipedia:WikiProject Business and Economics/Version 1.0 assesment. --PamriTalk 05:30, 15 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Thanks Pamri, I'll look into that. CSReader 14:13, 15 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

References and Edit Summaries edit

Hi. In response to your questions on my talk page: Actually your references were fine. It is just that the 'Journal reference' template which was used has recently been replaced by 'Cite journal' for purely technical reasons. There is an ongoing project to convert all instances of the former so that it can be deleted. As to the comments in the history, those are 'edit summaries'. Anything you type in the text box next to the 'Save page' button will appear there. See Help:Edit summary for more information. --CBDunkerson 22:28, 17 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Customer_service edit

Hi, there's a big tag about edit conflicts in the article, but in the history the article hardly gets edited at all. DyslexicEditor 12:23, 13 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

That's template verbiage, but thanks for the reminder. Been very busy. CSReader 16:04, 14 May 2006 (UTC)Reply
