Reason to request unblock - I am a freelance writer and the accounts created were for the clients. Other than the stated reason above, I intended no unethical practices. Request you to please unblock my account because the content which I wish to share is on mRNA genetic coding that is used in Pfizer and Moderna vaccines. There are misleading posts that discourages vaccination pointing the adverse impact in the genome. I don't remember of creating self account and those that exists, I am not able to retrieve the passwords of either ones.

All the account that I created were of clients which couldn't proceed further due to non-consensus on payment terms.

Absolutely do not create multiple accounts to edit Wikipedia! This is called sockpuppetry and is a serious violation of Wikipedia policy. You should use only one account to edit Wikipedia. There are legitimate reasons to have alternate accounts, but not for the purpose you described.
Account names should represent an individual, not a company, organization or group of people. Please review Wikipedia's username policy to learn about what types of account names are permitted (and not permitted).
If clients are paying you to edit Wikipedia on their behalf, you must identify the clients' names and which pages you are creating or editing for them. This is part of Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure policy. Failing to disclose this information is grounds for your account being blocked.
Even with the proper disclosures, you are expected to know and abide by Wikipedia's conflict of interest guidelines. We highly discourage you from directly editing existing articles, and instead suggest changes using edit requests on the articles' talk pages. New articles should be created in the draft article space using the WP:Article wizard.
Please be aware that companies are not entitled to have Wikipedia articles just because they exist. Companies must be notable according to Wikipedia's definition of a notable company. A company must have already received significant coverage in multiple reliable, third-party sources to be considered worthy of inclusion.
Editing with the intent to promote, publicize or advertise anything or anyone is not permitted. We often hear users saying that they're just "providing information" or "creating awareness", but that's still promotion if it's meant for the company's benefit.
