The "Effects on health" section of the article contains one source[1] from the Hong Kong Department of Health (DH), which states that;

"The survey found the proportion of people using serving chopsticks or spoons when having meals with others increased, from 46% in 2003 to 65% in 2005."

in reference to chopsticks, generally.


This portion of the DH article does not specifically mention the effects of chopsticks on health. Likewise, the "Effects on health" section, does not mention the effects on health that chopsticks have.
