The Naked Time

Your revision of 14:07, 19 July 2008 under the description "Spelling and minor grammar corrections" I can accept that you might prefer the American spelling of "centres" and the alternative spelling of "judgement", but the Wikipedia convention is to use logical quotation style i.e. punctuation marks are placed inside the quotation marks only if the sense of the punctuation is part of the quotation and in both the cases that you changed, the period was required to bring the main body of the sentence to an end, rather than just the quotations. 86.10.186.245 (talk) 11:04, 28 July 2008 (UTC)

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment.
