Speedy deletion of Alpine club of canada - vancouver section

A tag has been placed on Alpine club of canada - vancouver section, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. While the Alpine Club of Canada may be notable as an entity, individual "sections" or chapters are generally not. This applies to the vast majority of other well-known organizations with local chapters or clubs. Those individual chapters must be notable on their own for some reason, and very few are.
