Proposed deletion of Kenneth H. Keller Hall

edit

The article Kenneth H. Keller Hall has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

This building's notability is not shown, and the information would perhaps be better added to the University of Minnesota article.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Peridon (talk) 20:45, 31 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

A nicely done little article, but I don't think it really has the requirements for standing alone. Notability must be shown, and not many university buildings manage to fit WP:GNG (our policy on notability). References to show notability should fit WP:RS (our policy on reliable sources). Perhaps the info and picture might be better in the University of Minnesota article, which doesn't seem to mention this building yet (but does mention others). Any queries, please let me know (and I'll probably pass you on to someone who is more likely to know the answer... 8-) ). I hope this doesn't put you off editing here - we can always do with people who can create good pages. Peridon (talk) 20:45, 31 January 2011 (UTC)Reply
