recreation of deleted article without sufficient English references

You have recreated Mullanchery M Velaian article without providing sufficient English references. The notability of the subject is still in question and I am thinking about nominating the article for speedy deletion if you fail to establish the notability of the subject in a reasonable time. please read WP:Notability for some guidances. You need to provide reference to articles written about him, which includes name of the newspaper or book or website, publication date and page numbers. English references are better. copyright images

In response to your question - basically - you can't use any of these images here. The copyright on all of the newspaper clippings is held by the newspaper(s) and they do not release the copyright use on any of their materials. Your only option is to find pictures whose authors are willing to upload them without any restrictions. See fair use for more information. SkierRMH (talk) 06:27, 17 October 2008 (UTC)
