No, I re-arranged to make the distinction between the dressed and naked photon view more clear. I moved all the other asides to the two later paragraphs with more clear subject-sorting. I only recall removing one sentence: "The factor by which the speed of light is decreased in a material is called the refractive index of the material." because it was explanation of vocabulary that was not further used. Really, R.I. is about the generalization of light in matter, while this more-narrow discussion is about photons in matter. Otherwise, I re-ordered.
