Hi. I have again reverted your addition of "then 1980s" to the sentence "Immigration from Egypt was significant in the late 1940s and 1950s, with minorities escaping the growing Arab nationalist movement in Egypt which saw the overthrow of the Egyptian monarchy and the subsequent Suez Crisis.", because any later 1980s immigration was not due to the overthrow of the Egyptian monarchy and the subsequent Suez Crisis! If you want to add something about a 1980s immigration from Egypt, you will need to make a separate sentence or paragraph, and provide citations to reliable sources - but it most certainly does not belong in a sentence about the 1940s/1950s events.
