Welcome to wikipedia! I removed the chess music video because it seemed to contain no notable information about chess, and the inclusion of the email address in the comments made me think it was a promotion for a musical group. If you put the video back I will not remove it again, however I suspect that another editor would remove it. You need the CC notice on the myspace page and any other pages you have previously posted the info on. Wikipedia uses the GFDL (as noted above), so you don't want the CC notice on the Wikipedia page. If you put the notice (or even an explanation) on the myspace page, then we can see clearly that the person who originally produced the work has granted the rights for it to be used.
