Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

Thank you for uploading Image:WABC Williams Lori Stokes 2006.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

Uploading screen shots for anchor pages does not meet fair use criteria
editYou have been uploading quite a few screen shots of tv news shows with images of the show anchors. Per the fair use criteria — "for identification and critical commentary on the station ID or program and its contents". This means these can be used in articles about the station/its programs, not just to provide a picture of an anchor.
