I see that you removed Atomic theory from WP:GA. If you believe that the article does not meet the criteria, then consider nominating the article at WP:GAR. This allows for a community consensus on whether the article should be delisted or not. You can raise the points you mentioned in your edit summary and any other issues (if any). - You can leave a message at Talk:Atomic theory, stating the issues. That would allow the main editors to attempt to fix the article. If no attempts are made (you can also work to add details if you're interested), then let me know, and I can help nominate it at GAR for you. You can also contact the main editors of the article to alert them if they don't reply on the article's talk page, by using this tool (type in Atomic theory and then scroll down to user statistics). The formatting can be difficult to begin with (I had to start from scratch several years ago), but with practice and using the "show preview" button a lot, you can get the hang of it. --Happy editing!
