• Another note - I had a conversation through the Wikipedia:Volunteer Response Team and understand that this account will be supported by a friend of Blakeleonard who is also a new Wikipedian. That person will say hello on this talk page soon. Both Blake and his friend live in London and plan to attend a London meetup to get in-person advice about Wikipedia editing. Here is the meetup calender for Wikimedia UK, which is the UK Wikimedia chapter organizing local events.

• The next London meetup is at 1pm Sunday 8 September, at a pub described as "quiet and family friendly on a Sunday lunchtime, so hopefully younger Wikimedians will also feel welcome and safe."
• Also consider participating in Wiki Loves Monuments, a photo gathering event in which during September people take pictures of places and then upload their images to Wikipedia articles, especially for those articles which do not have pictures.

Other events may also be fun. Check the event calendar and talk with a few people in person for ideas. Thanks! • I am a close relative of user Blakeleonard and will be supporting him on Wikipedia. I am not able to be with him at all times, but if there is an issue,please post on my talk page.
