Speedy deletion of Oucho the Cactus

Fails WP:GNG. Unable to locate significant coverage. Wholly unsourced, everything in article could be made up.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist.
