Overall, it is a very informative article. It is concise and contains both pharmacological as well as sociological information. Something that I think would add more depth to the article is adding pharmacokinetics of the tridrug, are the pharmacokinetics of the tridrug different from the three drugs taken separately? Also adding an image of the chemical structure of the drugs. I am not sure whether it would be relevant or not to the article or whether there is open-access to add phase I and phase II clinical trials information, since I saw there is information about phase III, also add some pharmacovigilance information about the drug and current state since it was approved 2 years ago. The citations are coming from credible sources, using reviews to ensure more levels of proof. Everything on this article's sandbox seems to be pathing to a very interesting and informative page, I think it is readable by the public as well as informative for the scientific community.
