Decline reason:

In that case, perhaps you can explain why User:Animator1341 and User:Emptyview, both of whom appears from the technical data to live in pretty much the exact same place as you, decided to sign up to Wikipedia within days of each other and devote themselves exclusively to editing the article Ali Zare Ghanat Nowi, which you created in 2017 and suddenly started re-editing at almost the exact same time? Dear @Yunshui:, sorry for late reply. I was traveling first to Tehran then to Oman and I didn't have access to internet. You mention some wiki accounts and say they are same with me because they edit the same article and they are from the same city and the edits are in same time period. I really don't know who are those accounts. But I guess something which can also be false, I am not sure. Ali Zare is from Shiraz and has a successful film company here with office and staff. It has public relation, advertising, IT support, etc. They monitor the media, newspapers, and news agancies every moment. They may saw my edits and wanted to complete that. I am also in Shiraz, the same place. But I don't have multiple accounts. I am honest in my behavior and never violated any rules in wikipedia. If other accounts have violations, it's not my fault. They should be blocked, not me. Regards. Binazir Binazir1987 (talk) 15:19, 4 December 2018 (UTC)Reply
