Team edit

Hi Adam,

Just saying Hi to you as we are going to be working together throughout this assignment. Feel free to contact me with anything!

Best, Luyao Kevin Xu (talk) 22:03, 17 February 2014 (UTC)Reply

Hey Kevin! Thanks for writing on my wall. The assignment checklist says we need to have "short conversations" on both of our walls. I'm not sure how specific those directions are, but feel free to reply to the message i posted on your wall! Hope the class is going well for you! BigA726 (talk) 00:44, 18 February 2014 (UTC)Reply

Hi Adam edit

I posted your original post of the article selection rationale in the talk page as a reference. I think we should focus on the rationale before going into the details. So please take a look at my response and edit it accordingly. I will add this to our group page by the end of the night. Luyao Kevin Xu (talk) 21:23, 4 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

Hey Kevin! I just put together our posts and fixed it up a tad bit. Let me know what you think and if any changes should be made before we make the final post. Thanks! BigA726 (talk) 22:29, 4 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

Histone acetylation and deacetylation edit

Hi Adam,

It is good to hear from you. The allcaps are in reference 9. Going back and forth between sources in the article is not a problem; citations are redundant when the same source is cited multiple times in a row in a paragraph without intermediate differing citations. The "Gene expression" navbox does not link to Histone acetylation and deacetylation; either the link should be added to the navbox or the navbox should be removed from the article. This article is coming along very well! Be sure to let me know if you have any questions about editing that I might be able to help with.

Hi Adam,
I just reassessed the article as B-Class; there is no formal process by which articles attain that status, and I think it is worthy at this point. I'd love to see the article get up to good status. If you're interested in making that happen, you will need to follow this process. The wait time can be upwards of a month, but it's worth going through the process.
