Peer Review: This article has a lot of great information on the manuscript so far. The overall structure is clear; the categories provided are pertinent to the topic discussed and the subheadings fit well under the main headings. The information seems neutral and the sources appear to be reliable. I would suggest shortening the Lead section so that it just gives a brief overview of what the article will be about. For example, when the Lead goes more into detail about who Vergil is, this information could probably go into a historical context section. Also, add more citations for each piece of information in the text so that when readers find information they want to reference it will be easier for them to find. Even though we still have plenty of time to edit, make sure you add information to each section so that the information is balanced for each section. So, maybe work on adding more information to the Purpose section for now. Make sure to use all of your sources too.
