Hi and thanks for asking. Unfortunately, an "up and coming" band is not sufficiently notable for inclusion. Bands require a tremendous amount of notability before they can be included. You'd be amazed at the amount of "garage band" articles that come across this site each day (not saying yours is one, of course). WP:BAND can help with greater detail.
