Also, bear in mind the idea of "Talk Pages" - every article and user page has a talk page with it. This is where discussion goes on. To navigate to it, click the "discussion" tab at the top of the page. To leave a comment, click the "+" button at the top of the page. Another Wikipedian will answer it. To leave a user (for example, me) a comment, do this at their user page, which you can get to through their signature. Speaking of signatures, at the end of your post just leave four tildes (~ - a wavy line) at the end, like so: ~~~~, to automatically produce a signature and time, so everybody else knows who their speaking to!
