About your band edit
Hi - I see you left a notice on user Fram's talkpage, so you get a quick reply, let me leap in here. For an article to be on wikipedia about a band, they need to have notability - that means that they must have significant coverage in sources independent of the bank - so magazine articles, reviews etc. I'm guessing that the article constructed didn't have those references and was therefore deleted because it failed to show notability.
I would suggest the following - construct the article in your userspace (I have made you a sandbox here and once you are happy with it, I and other editors can take a look and tell you if it would make it as an article.
