I will take no further action toward blocking this account. I did not progress even as far as notifying an administrator. If this had occurred on the English language Wikipedia, we would probably delete the article altogether, because we do not retain articles about non-notable people and you claim to be non-notable. -Arch dude (talk) 05:18, 26 April 2019 (UTC)
