Speedy deletion of B Zhao

I saw your question on the talk page for Harry S Truman. I removed the question from there because it is not appropriate for the article talk page. Article talk pages are for discussing how to make the article better.

You can not make an edit to that page because it is semi protected. That means that only editors who are autoconfirmed can edit the page. You will be autoconfirmed after you have edited for 4 days and have at least 10 edits. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window.
