A tag has been placed on Ohm (album), requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:

Orphan article for a non-notable album from a non-notable band

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet very basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as an appropriate article, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is appropriate, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. WebHamster 18:41, 11 August 2007 (UTC)Reply

Hi, yeah our inclusion criteria for music and people are quite high. The most problematic thing in your article was that you started with an album, when there is no article for the band. IMO, start writing an article about the band, asserting its notability (the criteria "Contains at least one member who was once a part of or later joined a band that is otherwise notable; note that it is often most appropriate to use redirects in place of articles on side projects, early bands and such." might suit what you need), and then you can do the articles (leave me a note and I'll undelete Ohm (album)). -- lucasbfr talk 09:58, 12 August 2007 (UTC)Reply

I have been looking through the list of unwatched pages (available only to administrators) and found "Live" On KPFK 90.7 FM. I see that you created this but were not watching it. You may want to go to your preferences and under the "editing" tab turn on "Add pages you edit to your watchlist". This will enable you to keep an eye out for any edits that are made to pages you create and help to revert vandalism. Thanks. LyrlTalk C 17:35, 18 August 2007 (UTC)Reply
