I guess you only joined wikipedia recently

You DONT have any power to ban/block people and if you did you will get striped of that power for using that lame excuse. Coz TWO nations (who are NOT the most democratic) recognise a terroirty it does not mean its not a disputed terrority. Kosovo is only regnoize by 43 nations of around 200 nations and is disputed by a good amount not just old Serbia and Russia. If you want to add something to an article then research it rather then the opinions of the talk pages.

Warning about edits on Kosovo article

You have made a series of offensive edits which are unacceptable on Wikipedia. You have declared that Kosovo's independence is legitimate because "Milosevic is gone and so is Greater Serbia". It is unacceptable to say that Kosovo was only part of Serbia because of Milosevic and Greater Serbian nationalism, it was part of Serbia during the administration of the Communist and anti-nationalist regime of Joseph Broz Tito who allowed an autonomous Kosovo within Serbia. Come on, don't be unreasonable. Nothing has been proven. I ain't a suckpoppet of anyone and I don't control other people. Occasionally I log on from public places and it might look as if the next guy who comes on after me does some of the same edits. Please left this whole block , thankyou very much.
