editHello, AuthorMaggieAnderson, welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. Your editing pattern indicates that you may be using multiple accounts or coordinating editing with people outside Wikipedia, such as OurBlackYear (talk · contribs). Our policy on multiple accounts usually does not allow this, and users who misuse multiple accounts may be blocked from editing. If you operate multiple accounts directly or with the help of another person, please disclose these connections. Thank you. creffett (talk) 00:47, 28 February 2020 (UTC)
- Following further email contact via OTRS, I have blocked User:OurBlackYear again, and have added an OTRS verification notice to this account's userpage. Please note that all of the conflict of interest warnings left at User talk:OurBlackYear are still applicable for this account; you should avoid making any edits to the article about yourself, and risk being blocked again if you do so. All I wanted to do was edit the content on the Wikipedia page about me. That page is Maggie Anderson (activist). So I created the OurBlackYear username so I can edit and you all blocked it. I appealed the block and it was denied. So, per your advice, I created a different username. I am not trying to intentionally edit with two usernames. You are free to keep the username OurBlackYear blocked or get rid of it. I do not know how to get rid of it. From now on, I will use the AuthorMaggieAnderson username. Thank you. - Great. But you are still required to adhere to WP:COI. You should not write about yourself. And you must, absolutely must, declare your conflict of interest as it explains in WP:COI. --Yamla (talk) 01:55, 29 February 2020 (UTC)
