I deleted the article per WP:CSD#A7 as notability was not asserted. In addition it looked like WP:CSD#G11 advertising or promotion, and was also without context per WP:CSD#A1. If you can address these issues then I have no problem with the article being recreated. It may help if you create it on your user page or a sandbox first.
