Request reason:

Caught by a colocation web host block but this host or IP is not a web host. My IP address is 185.81.51.130. It is a dynamically assigned IP address from my ISP (Netvision.lv). It may be that a web hosting provider Nano IT shares some IP range with Netvision as they seem to be located in the same physical address in Riga, Latvia and may be part of the same company. I don't think I have any control over which particular global IP address gets assigned to me when I connect to the Internet, though. Astraujums (talk) 20:48, 26 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

I have verified that this is indeed a webhost. Yamla (talk) 20:59, 26 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
