An article on Prem Chand Pandey was deleted from Wikipedia. The deletion was appealed here. The appeal failed. Today you recreated the article (yet again). I deleted it. One day later you recreated the article yet again. You moved from "Dr. P C Pandey", which I'd just deleted, to "Dr. Prem Chand Pandey", which I have just now deleted.

If you think an article is deserved, make your case for doing so at Wikipedia:Deletion review. When you have got agreement there for (re-)creating the article, go ahead and (re-)create it.

If you ignore this warning and attempt to recreate the article under yet another title without first going through "deletion review", you're likely to be blocked for disruptiveness. -- Hoary (talk) 10:00, 21 September 2009 (UTC)Reply
