edit

  You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Romani people. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing.Vipz (talk) 20:05, 22 May 2023 (UTC)Reply

I was only adding a link to a legitimate website in the appropriate section, but they cannot even communicate their concern with the addition. If they feel so threatened by others adding (so now I am an edit warrior because they complained), they should not be managing a site like that. I can imagine that they are surrounded by edit warriors. Thanks for the suggestion: I will request a help because a professional protocol should require editors to offer an explanation. 134.228.246.174 (talk) 20:22, 22 May 2023 (UTC)Reply

  Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Romani people. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Nick Levine (talk) 20:38, 22 May 2023 (UTC)Reply

I disagree with you. The link I tried to add was a library link. Please revert your decision or explain what the link edit was unconstructive, disruptive, or inappropriate. Museums or Libraries is the only heading that is would fall under and the link takes you to a Library Guide supporting a legitimate course on Romanies. I had no intention of initiating an edit war (since you have flagged my corrections as such), but feel free to block me -- I have no intention to contribute to your page or recommend it to other for that matter.
