I noticed that one of the first articles you edited was Draft:International Council of Voluntary Agencies, which appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Though not related to your block(which is for your username only), the draft you are writing is currently not acceptable as a Wikipedia article. The content of the article largely needs to be based only on what independent reliable sources state about your organization. Primary sources are only permitted in specific circumstances, and do not establish that the organization meets Wikipedia's special definition of a notable organization. Things like "vision" and "values" are wholly inappropriate for an article as they are impossible to independently verify; they are subject to change at any time by the organization.
