Your account has been blocked indefinitely for advertising or promotion and violating the Wikimedia Foundation's Terms of Use. This is because you have been making promotional edits to topics in which you have a financial stake, yet you have failed to adhere to the mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a form of conflict of interest (COI) editing which involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is strictly prohibited. Using this site for advertising or promotion is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia.

If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, please read our guide to appealing blocks to understand more about unblock requests, and then add the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} at the end of your user talk page. For that request to be considered, you must:

  • Confirm that you have read and understand the Terms of Use and paid editing disclosure requirements.
  • State clearly how you are being compensated for your edits, and describe any affiliation or conflict of interest you might have with the subjects you have written about.
  • Describe how you intend to edit such topics in the future.

Request reason:

Hi there, Firefly! I'd like to request an unblock because there must have been a misunderstanding. I have read the Terms of Use and information about COI, and I understand why my edits might have looked like I was trying to promote the company. The thing is I do not work for this company, and I am not affiliated with it in any way other than the fact that I play their game. Just wanted to contribute a little bit here in the topic that I found interesting.

I do understand now, after reading all the rules and terms of use that my edits might lack more secondary sources, and there is too much reference to the company's official website, etc.
I would very much like to continue editing this topic and to contribute to other pages that my interest lies in. I will adhere strictly to the guidelines and make sure that the articles are neutral and have reliable secondary sources.
Looking forward to your reply! Ardagio (talk) 04:35, 11 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

I am not convinced that you are just a random player of the company's games. I don't know if you are paid or not, but there is more going on here than meets the eye, and you will need to be fully forthcoming with us to have any chance at being unblocked. I am declining your request. 331dot (talk) 10:57, 11 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
