Minor edits
editThanks for your many Wikipedia contributions concerning Graham Chapman!
A small bit of feedback: i notice that some of your edits are marked as "minor", despite making meaningful changes to the article. To clear things up: the "minor edit" feature is not intended to mark edits that are merely small in size, but to mark edits that change things like spelling, formatting, punctuation, and so on, without really affecting the meaning or interpretation of the article. In other words, even the addition of a single letter to an article can count as a major change, if it's the difference between "he was hot" and "he was shot".
If there's any doubt, the official guidelines are at Wikipedia:Minor edit. --Piet Delport 19:48, 26 December 2005 (UTC)
This is Tom Jones
editA proposed deletion template has been added to the article This is Tom Jones, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. If you agree with the deletion of the article, and you are the only person who has made substantial edits to the page, please add {{db-author}}
to the top of This is Tom Jones. Pinkadelica (talk) 08:46, 31 January 2008 (UTC)
Unreferenced BLPs
editHello Archives! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 659 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:
- Bernard McKenna (writer) - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs) · FENS · JSTOR · TWL
