Edit warring

edit

It appears you are edit warring on Anti-Zionism. This is a form of disruptive editing that could get you blocked, so please stop. It is more than ok to make BOLD edits. However, if you make a controversial edit, and another editor disagrees with it and reverts you, it is never appropriate to re-insert the controversial material (which you have twice done already). What you should do if you get reverted is to go to the talk page and start a new topic discussing your proposal. This way, the community can work together to build a consensus. You can find out what other editor's issues are with the edit, and try to address them or compromise. So please, stop reverting, and go to the talk page. (see WP:3RR) Thanks.-Andrew c [talk] 18:54, 27 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

To discuss changed to the article, please go to Talk:Anti-Zionism. If you hit the tab at the top with a "plus" sign (+), it will take you to a page to create a new topic. For the talk page guidelines, see WP:TALK. You can also read the current talk page to get a feel of how things work. But just start a new topic, explaining what you feel is wrong with the article, and explain your proposal and how you feel your proposal will improve the article. Hope this helps.-Andrew c [talk] 01:01, 28 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

WP:BLP warning

edit

Hello Apple Pie. Please read WP:BLP and WP:NPOV right away. Most of your edits are entirely unacceptable, especially the ones that maybe libellous, and you will be blocked if you do not stop making them. Please let me know if you have any questions or I can assist you in any way. IronDuke 00:57, 28 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

WP:3RR warning

edit

Sorry, forgot also to warn you about WP:3RR, which states that you may only make three reversions to an article within a 24-hour period. You have violated this on the Anti-Zionism article--please do not do so again, or make another reversion to that article for the next 24 hours, or you may be blocked. Here's the thing

edit

Apple Pie, you have chosen to wade into some fairly contentious areas of Wikipedia. As such, your editing is held to a higher standard, in terms of WP:NPOV and WP:RS, and also, in the case of Dan Pipes, WP:LEAD and WP:UNDUE. I know it's tremendously boring, but you must read these things to understand how to edit here. Now, on the other side of the coin, it's great that you're using talk, and it's great that you brought a reliable source, NYTimes, to the table. Unfortunately, you pushed facts into the WP:LEAD that gave WP:UNDUE weight to what you wanted in the article. Think of our goal this way: make the article read so that anyone perusing it would have no idea whether the "person" who wrote it was pro or anti Pipes, (or pro or anti anything else, for that matter). Jew Watch

edit

It looks like your currently becoming engaged in an edit war. Please be sure to read Wikipedia's policy on more than 3 reverts in a day. So far you have done the following reverts: [1], [2], [3], and [4]. You're coming close to or have already broken the limit of 3 reverts and you may be blocked if you continue. I would suggest trying to discuss these kind of changes first on the article's talk page. Thanks! Elhector (talk) 19:39, 13 December 2007 (UTC)Reply
