Sommelier edit

edit

{{helpme}} I don't know why my edit on Education and Certification keeps getting deleted and marked as spam. The current information on there is a monopoly for the Court of Master Sommeliers, one of several wine schools, and by no means the only school that certifies people as a sommelier. I am knowledgeable on The International Wine Guild, and was hoping to expand the entry by writing what I know--and what I've researched--about that wine college. Can you please specify why it's okay for the Court of Master Sommeliers to have a monopoly on the entry?Aporianat (talk) 18:19, 16 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

Pages are made by consensus. Therefore if an editor does not agree with your edit, then discuss with them direct at their talk page or on the article's talk page to involve more editors in gaining a consensus for some new piece. Note that adding external links will often cause problems, as Wikipedia is not a collection of links - when these links go to a commercial site, then they tend to generate a SPAM response from editors.  Ronhjones  (Talk) 20:39, 16 February 2010 (UTC)Reply
