You will not be surprised to learn that this account has been blocked. If you believe that there are good reasons why you should be unblocked then the way to indicate that is to make an unblock request on your original account, not to ignore the block and create new accounts. However, you are not likely to be unblocked unless you indicate that you expect to make contributions other than writing promotional material for your company.
