Please suggest improvements

Hey, i had created a page called MindSpark, which is the technical festival of our college, the College of Engineering Pune. It is the biggest technical festival in the city of Pune and had a huge footfall and lots of industry association. We also had tremendous support from a lot of sponsors. Please vist the website for further detailsMIndSpark'11. I created the page using the wikipedia template for a new article. I do not understand what was missing in the page which caused its deletion. Since you are an experienced Wikipedian can you please guide me regarding what must be done to improve the page to Wikipedia standards. hi.. according to you, which topic is related to Static and Dynamic Data structures coz reason mentioned was fork of existing article and essay..
is it about dynamic memory allocation...?? and also I have asked my mentor about this issue and he said that ask the 'online ambassodor' that you are also going to focus on differention as well as how does linked list is done using Static and Dynamic Data structures..

Static and Dyamic Data Structures

I think it should be a separate page. Writing all that information on the page for Data_structure would be writing too specific information and lot of detail on a page meant for telling the generic concept. We can have a section on the Data_structure page, but the section should point to the main page which will have lot more detail. abhijit13(talk) 07:08, 14 October 2011 (UTC)

Articles moved to Wikibooks

There has been a consensus that articles on individual functions of the C programming language are not appropriate on Wikipedia (see Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Computing#Deletion precedent and Talk:C standard library#Pages for each function and WP:NOTMANUAL). I have notified a number of "ambassadors" and encouraged them in the at that time on-going discussion ([1] [2] [3]), but unfortunately these messages seem to have been ignored. All of the articles are now available at Wikibooks:C Programming/C Reference/name of header file/name of function (e.g. Wikibooks:C Programming/C Reference/complex.h/carg).
