I see you've made some changes and are starting to incorporate elements from our training, but there's still a ways to go with this article. If you're feeling stuck, please let me know how I can support you.

One area that needs improvement is the choice of sources. Blogs and promotional sites that don't follow a strict code of quality are usually not acceptable. That might be a challenging with this topic -- it seems like you have some solid content, but need some different sources to support your general direction. Perhaps some culinary journals or culinary school texts are available online for you to cite? Just thinking out loud. Good luck, this is a bit of a tricky topic but it seems like you have a reasonable start on it.

The one thing I noticed is that one of your references has the UW-specific link rather than going directly to the content (the ref under 'whole milk'); make sure this gets fixed before you do the go live.
