Use of nonfree images

Greetings! I have removed Image:Hilarysnakecharmer.jpg from its placement in Stranger (Hilary Duff song). Because the image is copyrighted, it cannot be used without a rationale of fair use. There is no such rationale on the page, nor do I see how an image that "fueled rumors" is essential to the article. Feel free to provide a rationale and replace the image after doing so, of course.
