Corrected timeline of deaths. Quirrell was killed 1992, NOT 2000! etc.

You know, I've always considered the dates used to be a little perplexing. Until I read the books, I had always believed Quirrell was actually killed in 2000. This was beacause of the existence of the Nimbus 2000 in the story. It stood to reason that the number was ayear model -- like we do with cars. Why would they use a 2000 year model in 1992? -- Jason Palpatine 02:14, 3 January 2006 (UTC)

There were tons of "2000" models of various things in the Muggle world in the 1980's and 1990's - I guess this should make customs think "oh - its kinda futuristic" or so. According to Nearly Headless Nicks Deathsday party Harrys 2nd year in Hogwarts started in autumn 1992, thus all Harry Potter related dates can be derived from this date. --Andi47 20:15, 3 January 2006 (UTC)
