'General knowledge' edit

Recently you edited the article on 'General knowledge' to redefine the topic as "Allgemeinbildung". This concept seems to bear no relationship to the topic and the references provided are unrelated. No justification was provided for this edit on the Talk page. I had previously deleted this content, apparently authored by Major Torp and I provided reasons for doing so on the Talk page. Can you please explain why you think it was appropriate to change the definition of the topic? "Allgemeinbildung" would seem to deserve a page of its own, it does not seem to fit under the concept of 'general knowledge' as it is discussed in the original article.
