No. Read Wikipedia:Userboxes, where it explicitly says " User boxes that are designed to provoke, offend, or reflect a POV rather than show expertise are generally discouraged.". Secondly, you edited an existing userbox in such a way as to deliberately offend the people using it. Use some common sense please.
