Hello I have been reading this page out of personal interest as i have recently been diagnosed with Bell's palsy. although 11 years ago when i was 7 years old i was stuck in the back of the head by a peice of lumber that inflicted Bell's palsy apon me...

i am unsure of how i have obtained it this time but i do have a few theories. although this is for sure the second time i have had it and it is also located in the same spot (my doctor remembers the first time i had it aswel)

i had bell palsy

i had bell palsy for 2 weeks. on thursday i went to my family doctor and he told me i was on my own, that there was nothing he could do to speed up the process.. i told him thr right side of my head and every bone in my body ached like i was taking a bad case of the flu.. he said it was a part of the bell palsy that caused that.we left there went to the drug store, got a bottle of anacin (400mg). thursday nite took 3 of them.. friday morn, took 3 more, friday nite, took 3 more,, SATURDAY MORNING IT WAS 95% GONE..
