November 2020 edit

Hello, I'm SkiMaskA. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Aditi Rao, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. (Also, please keep in mind that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance)~ SkiMaskA ~ 💬 msg me 09:09, 21 November 2020 (UTC)Reply

The changes were made to update the page and are fully correct Amitnomad (talk) 09:13, 21 November 2020 (UTC)Reply

It doesn't matter, you still have to cite sources for your edits. If you don't know how to do that see Wikipedia:Citing sources and Help:Referencing for beginners. — ~ SkiMaskA ~ 💬 msg me 09:18, 21 November 2020 (UTC)Reply
Ok thank you. Will do so Amitnomad (talk) 09:22, 21 November 2020 (UTC)Reply

Please refrain from making test edits to Wikipedia pages, such as the one you made with this edit to Aditi Rao, even if you intend to fix them later. Your edits have been reverted. If you would like to experiment again, please use the sandbox. Thank you. EN-Jungwon (talk) 09:43, 21 November 2020 (UTC)Reply

Please stop making test edits to Wikipedia, as you did to Aditi Rao. It is considered vandalism, which, under Wikipedia policy, can lead to being blocked from editing. If you would like to experiment again, please use your sandbox. ─ The Aafī (talk) 11:52, 21 November 2020 (UTC)Reply

Please check the citation put along with it. It's definately a correct edit and not vandalism. You are preventing a genuine update to the page. Amitnomad (talk) 11:55, 21 November 2020 (UTC)Reply

Amitnomad, You are placing the citations wrongly and it disrupts a great part of article. ─ The Aafī (talk) 11:56, 21 November 2020 (UTC)Reply
Please advise on the right way to do so as the information on the page is outdated Amitnomad (talk) 11:57, 21 November 2020 (UTC)Reply
Amitnomad, You can use the talk page of article and post there about what you want to be updated in the article. You're unknowingly disrupting the article. ─ The Aafī (talk) 12:28, 21 November 2020 (UTC)Reply

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Aditi Rao. ─ The Aafī (talk) 12:27, 21 November 2020 (UTC)Reply

Why are you disrupting a genuine update to a page with a citation of a genuine website? You are the one who is disrupting. It's rather sad that without going through the content of updates you go around giving threats of blocking. At least read the update and the citation Amitnomad (talk) 12:30, 21 November 2020 (UTC)Reply
Amitnomad, There is something called MOS, and your edits are completely disrupting the article's MOS. Please let me know "what you want exactly to update" and I'll guide you the right way. ─ The Aafī (talk) 12:34, 21 November 2020 (UTC)Reply
Thank you. May I share the edits with you please. The information is old. Her second book is not even mentioned.plus a lot of her more recent fellowships are not there. It would be helpful if you could edit please.
