Is each fact referenced with an appropriate, reliable reference?

     - Frances Allens' wikipedia page is incorporated with a long list of references and it seems that almost every fact posted is either hyperlinked to another wikipedia page or has a notable reference list  
        in the reference section of her page

Is everything in the article relevant to the article topic? Is there anything that distracted you?

     - Since Frances Allens' page is developed it is not extremely extensive so all of the information provided on her page seems to be about her specific acomplishment with her seminal work in code 
        optimization, compliers, and parallelization along with her awards and honors that came form these things, it does not mention much of her life besides her accomplishments and work life.

Is the article neutral? Are there any claims, or frames, that appear heavily biased toward a particular position?

     -The article does seem very neutral as the creator of this page mainly listed her contributions, awards, and honors which are just blatant facts that cannot be construed.

Where does the information come from? Are these neutral sources? If biased, is that biased noted?

     -The information seems to come from interviews with media or magazine or newspaper articles that all most likely provided only honest facts and did not bias data from just scanning the references 
       linked to her page briefly.

Are there viewpoints that are overrepresented, or underrepresented?

     -With only her achievements and career listings posted it is hard to tell for overrepresentation to underrepresentation but it does not seem to have either present.

Check a few citations. Do the links work? Is there any close paraphrasing or plagiarism in the article?

     -The three citations I checked all worked although one led to the main page and not her direct page but the link to her page was easily accessible from the main page it seemed.

Is any information out of date? Is anything missing that could be added?

     -The information that is missing and could be added is any information about her life, how she grew up, who influenced her etc. I feel that this information could be very helpful and useful and 
       should eventually be looked into reediting to add these missing parts.
