Santes Creus

Ciao Amanda! Are you free to help your poor Italian art friend? I've just brought to a decent status the vital article Santes Creus (before it was a humiliating, sketchy mess). Can you help me with copyedit, and, if having, further infos? Ciao and thanks as usual. --'''Attilios''' (talk) 09:20, 25 June 2010 (UTC)

Thanks sooooo much! A hug from Attila! --'''Attilios''' (talk) 11:28, 26 June 2010 (UTC)
Sure I don'd mind! Why should I? But at just one condition: that you'll also help at Monastery of Santa Maria de Vallbona, which I must finish yey... Joking! Anyway let me know! Ciao and good work. --'''Attilios''' (talk) 11:36, 26 June 2010 (UTC)
To be honest, my version looked more compact. I am still convinced that if one wanna see a bunch of images, Commons is his place. Anyway i've too much respect to you, and I left as it is now, apart from adding needed captions. Ciao and thanks soooo much! --'''Attilios''' (talk) 16:53, 26 June 2010 (UTC)
Also this could be of your interest:

These 4 days I am in vacation, so you can see my Wikipedia activity flourishes again! Shame on me! Ciaooooooo! --'''Attilios''' (talk) 09:28, 27 June 2010 (UTC)

Maybe you're also interested in Tarragona Cathedral, an unknown masterpiece. Do you think Ely Cathedral and similar, only because they're in the Anglosaxon world, are really better than those incredible edifices I am describing lately? So start spending time in Catalunyan art!!! Joking... Good work. --'''Attilios''' (talk) 18:16, 27 June 2010 (UTC)
Ciao! Surely I was joking!! Your help is always sooo welcome even if you can just rewrite my ridiculous English! Aloha and good work. --Attilios (talk) 10:04, 28 June 2010 (UTC)

Chichester organists

Hi Amanda, your plan sounds excellent! Greatorex (talk) 11:26, 25 June 2010 (UTC) Nice work, the only thing that catches my eye is "Manders" which should probably be Mander. I'm surprised that William Walond does not have an article yet, maybe I'll start something. I believe there is a book devoted to the organs and organists of the Cathedral, published in the 70's, might be worth having a look for. Greatorex (talk) 10:41, 26 June 2010 (UTC)

I applaud your splitting off of those lists which are of little likely interest to the great majority of readers(no offence intended to Greatorex). Nice work.--Charles (talk) 14:00, 26 June 2010 (UTC)

Q. Who is the O'Connor referred to here by Pevsner? --Joopercoopers (talk) 23:17, 5 July 2010 (UTC)

Pevsner in Cheshire gives the same O'Connor as doing the glass in the "most exciting" St Mary's Church, Astbury (note the restoration by Scott), and St. George's Church, Poynton.
Re. Wailes - that is much better. I was going to have a run through them all and tweak the cropping etc. What exactly have you done to it - I've got photoshop, so could replicate it. Oh, and feel free to upload over the top of images, as they're easily reverted. Kind regards --Joopercoopers (talk) 08:17, 6 July 2010 (UTC)
