editThank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Please don't forget to provide an edit summary, as you forgot on your recent edit to Downtown Los Angeles. Thank you. Mfield (Oi!) 01:02, 8 June 2009 (UTC)
Your edits to Downtown Los Angeles
editPlease note that information added to Wikipedia needs to be notable and verifiable which means information needs to be cited to reliable sources. A lot of the information you have added is not cited and some of it is trivial. Please read WP:NOT also for an explanation of what Wikipedia is not. Information needs to be encyclopedic, and the article should not resemble a tourist guide or a collection of information and facts without context. I am pointing this out not to discourage your editing, but so that your contributions are in line with policy, else such major changes to an article stand and large chance of being reverted or disputed by other editors. I would advise posting a message on article talk explaining what major changes you have made and why. Mfield (Oi!) 02:46, 8 June 2009 (UTC)
Bolding of links
editHi again, another thing, we only embolden the first use of the page title in the text. Regular links are not bolded. See the Manual of Style for more information about our standard page formatting. best. Mfield (Oi!) 03:08, 8 June 2009 (UTC)
