Hello. Welcome to Wikipedia. If you want to list an article for deletion, you need to link it to Wikipedia:Votes for deletion as well as creating a VfD sub-page for it. This is explained at Template:VfDFooter. However, if the article is just junk (like the Justin dunphy page was), you can tag it for speedy deletion using {{delete}} (or just {{d}}) instead.
